Frequently asked questions
What does "minimum" mean? +
Each tier is a platform fee plus reserved capacity. That total is your monthly floor — you pay it whether you use the full capacity or not. If you exceed the reserved capacity, the extra is billed per unit on top.
What are the overage rates? +
€28 per vCPU, €8 per GiB RAM, €0.50 per GiB disk, €0.60 per GiB PostgreSQL storage, and €0.05 per GiB object storage, per month. Extra teammates are free. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I upgrade anytime? +
Yes. Move up at any time. Quotas change, your apps don't.
Is there a free tier? +
Your account is free. You pay when you create an organization. Starter at €99/mo is the smallest paid tier — a real sandbox with the full pipeline.
What support is included? +
Platform support (editor, deploys, databases, infrastructure) is included from Basic upward, best-effort on Starter. Code support — debugging, refactoring, integration help — is available per ticket or under a support contract.
Can Enterprise run on our own infrastructure? +
Yes. The full Shaep stack — editor, pipeline, scans, deploys — can be installed on your own cloud or on-premise.
