1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NextEpoch Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NextEpoch Cloud provides managed cloud infrastructure services including, but not limited to, virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, managed databases, and object storage. Services are provided on EU-owned infrastructure.
3. Service Level Agreement
Specific service level agreements (SLAs) will be provided in your individual service contract. Standard uptime commitments and support response times are defined per service tier.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Services may be billed monthly or annually. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Data Protection
We process data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be provided for services involving personal data processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextEpoch Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
